About this grant
The Skills for Success Program helps Canadians improve foundational and transferable skills for employment. It provides funding to training, education and employment organizations, as well as provinces and territories, to design and deliver skills training, develop assessment tools, and conduct research. The program focuses on underrepresented groups in the workplace.

- Organizations (non-profit and for-profit)
- Provincial and territorial governments
- Training, education and employment organizations
Who cannot apply
- Individuals seeking funding for personal skills training
- Entities not responding to a Call for Proposals
Application process
- Visit ESDC's funding website to see if there are opportunities for funding.
- Submit project proposals during a Call for Proposals.
