14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied within the first 14 days of a new paid subscription, contact us for a full refund.

Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued for the unused portion of the month.

Annual Subscriptions

Annual plans are eligible for a pro-rated refund within the first 30 days. After 30 days, annual plans are non-refundable.

How to Request a Refund

Email billing@grantnest.ca with your account email and the reason for your request. We typically process refunds within 5 business days.

Service Downtime

Refunds for service downtime are evaluated case-by-case.
